Australia Post has introduced its latest Community Hub @ Post retail outlet in Noosa Heads, which includes a unique dog-friendly area called ‘Pups @ Post.’

The ‘Pups @ Post’ zone offers special ‘pooch’ parking and a drinking station, marking a first for Australia Post.

Embracing Noosa’s famous beach culture, the Community Hub also showcases products from local and small-to-medium businesses, featuring local artisans through Pop Up @ Post and a display of surfboards made locally, celebrating Noosa’s beach lifestyle.

“The Noosa Heads Community Hub @ Post, our first Community Hub in Queensland, is designed to be more than just a service point—it’s a vibrant community space,” said Josh Bannister, Australia Post’s Executive General Manager of Retail, Brand, and Marketing.

“The contemporary design, featuring unique local elements, reflects Noosa’s lively lifestyle. We’re thrilled to offer enhanced services and a refreshed community experience that captures the essence of this iconic coastal town,” Mr. Bannister added.

Indigenous artist Zartisha Davis has created a custom mural displayed prominently on the side of the Community Hub building. The artwork honors Noosa’s cultural heritage and features symbols of community, celebration, and togetherness.

Located at 91 Noosa Drive, the Noosa Heads Post Office is the third Community Hub @ Post to open in Australia and the first in Queensland. After successful launches in Orange (NSW) and Burnie (TAS), Australia Post plans to open a new Community Hub in Williamstown (VIC) in the coming months.
